Yes! You can upload a photo (JPG or PNG, max 5MB) when customizing your story. Our system analyzes the image to create a character that looks like your child. The character will appear on the cover and throughout all the story illustrations. If you prefer not to upload a photo, you can use the manual options (hair color, skin tone, gender) instead.

Delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days for international orders and 2-4 business days within the Netherlands. Expedited and express options are available at checkout for faster delivery. You'll receive a tracking number once your book ships.

Because each storybook is personalized and printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if your book arrives damaged or there's an error in the personalization, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. We want you to love your storybook!

If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible. We start printing shortly after your order is placed, so we may not be able to modify orders that have already entered production.
